Each of these bundles comes with the VR headset and processor, PlayStation camera, and two games to get started experiencing virtual reality.
For $350, you can get the VR set with two Move motion controllers and the games Blood & Truth and Everybody’s Golf. Preorder it now and you won’t have rush to the store on May 31 before it sells out.
For just $300, you can preorder the bundle with two games in preparation for their release on May 28. From the co-creator of Rick and Morty, Trover Saves the Universe takes you on an absurd adventure with the purple monster Trover to save your dogs and world. Meanwhile, Five Nights at Freddy’s includes a collection of fantasy-horror mini-games, including crawling through ventilation system in need of repair, defeating creepy animatronic antagonists, and more.
While the PlayStation VR requires the to use, even if you don’t already have the PS4 system, it’ll only cost another $270. At around $600 for both the VR bundle and PS4, it’s much cheaper than just the gaming PC required to play other systems like the .
You can also take full advantage of the PSVR by playing your non-VR games on the headset through the cinematic mode. Though the PSVR games are undoubtedly more fun in virtual reality, you can also play some in 2D on the TV without the headset.
